Ingredients

  • 2 slices chicken white meat
  • Grated Roquefort cheese
  • Your favorite bread

Instructions

  1. Butter two slices of bread.
  2. Trim off the crusts from the bread slices.
  3. Place a slice of chicken meat on one piece of bread.
  4. Sprinkle grated Roquefort cheese over the chicken.
  5. Season with paprika.
  6. Cover with the other slice of bread and toast on both sides until golden brown.
