Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 29 ounces mincemeat
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions
