Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups moist mincemeat
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Combine mincemeat and apples in an 8-inch square pan.
  2. Combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and melted butter; sprinkle over the mincemeat mixture.
  3. Press lightly to level the topping.
  4. Bake in a preheated moderate oven for about 30 minutes.
