Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground round steak
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
  • 3 Tbsp. fine cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and shape into walnut-sized meatballs. Chill for 1 hour.
  2. Fry the meatballs for 3 minutes or until cooked through.
