Ingredients

  • 2 loaves Pepperidge Farm bread
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Blend the egg yolk, 1/4 cup sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Roll bread slices flat and spread the cream cheese mixture on each slice.
  3. Roll up the bread slices tightly and cut each roll in half diagonally.
  4. Dip each bread roll in the melted butter.
  5. Roll the dipped bread in a mixture of 1 1/2 cups sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Place the coated rolls on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
  7. Bake the frozen rolls seam side down at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes until golden.
