- Roll bread slices flat and spread the cream cheese mixture on each slice.
- Roll up the bread slices tightly and cut each roll in half diagonally.

- Roll the dipped bread in a mixture of 1 1/2 cups sugar and cinnamon.
- Place the coated rolls on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Bake the frozen rolls seam side down at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes until golden.
