Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm white thin-sliced bread
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • about 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
  • 1 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Trim the crusts from the bread; roll flat. Blend until smooth the egg yolk, 1/4 cup sugar and cream cheese. Spread on bread and roll up. Cut to make two. Dip in melted butter (melt about 1 1/2 sticks) and roll in 1 cup sugar with cinnamon. Freeze. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, seam side down.
