Mini-Mini M&M Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 3 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 2-1/4 cups Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. 2. Cream butter and sugars together in a large bowl.
  3. 3. Add eggs, vanilla and almond. Mix until combined.
  4. 4. In a large Ziploc bag, put flour, salt and baking soda. Close the bag and shake until combined.
  5. 5. Snip off the tip of the Ziploc bag and slowly pour into the butter and sugar mixture. Mix until fully combined.
  6. 6. Fold in mini M&Ms (do not use a mixer-the M&Ms will break up).
  7. 7. Using rounded teaspoonfuls of dough, scoop onto a lined cookie sheet.
  8. 8. Bake for 7 minutes.
  9. Makes about 65 cookies.
