Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. English muffins
  • 1 lb. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb. shredded cheese
  • 1 container Parmesan cheese
  • pepperoni or hamburger
  • butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Split English muffins in half to make 12 rounds.
  2. Spread butter on each muffin half.
  3. Put about 2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce on each half and spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese and add pepperoni or hamburger on top of each half.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the toppings.
  6. Place all muffin halves on a cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
