Ingredients

  • 3 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
  • 3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine grated Cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, softened butter, Worcestershire sauce, and coarse ground pepper in a mixing bowl and blend thoroughly.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls about 1/2-inch in diameter.
  3. Roll each ball in chopped walnuts until coated.
  4. Chill the cheese balls in the refrigerator before serving with toothpicks.
