Ingredients

  • 4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3 c. powdered sugar
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 6 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix the vanilla wafer crumbs and melted margarine and press into a 12 x 9 x 2-inch dish to form the crust.
  2. Cream together 1/2 cup margarine and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the beaten eggs to the creamed mixture.
  4. Stir in the melted semi-sweet chocolate until well combined.
  5. Pour this chocolate mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Place the dish in the freezer while you fold the marshmallows into the Cool Whip.
  7. Spread the Cool Whip and marshmallow mixture over the chocolate layer.
  8. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy on top.
  9. Keep in the freezer until ready to serve.
