Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Mix eggs, sugar, flour, and butter together until well combined.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 17 x 11-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 300°F for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and increase oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Spread marshmallows evenly over the baked cake.
  6. Return to the oven and bake until marshmallows are puffy and brown, about 7 to 10 minutes.
