Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 slices cheese
  • 3 tablespoons tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 slice chopped ham
  • 1 to 2 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the remaining slices of cheese in a pan over low heat.
  2. Stir until cooked through.
  3. Spoon the omelet onto a plate immediately.
  4. Place the other 2 slices of cheese on top of the cooked omelet.
