Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c melted margarine
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 4 c whole kernel corn

Instructions

  1. Whip together in a baking dish all ingredients except the corn until well mixed.
  2. Stir in the whole kernel corn.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 45 minutes until the mixture is set and golden.
