Ingredients

  • 6 oz. chocolate morsels, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. instant coffee, dissolved in 1/3 c. hot water
  • 3 c. powdered sugar, sifted
  • 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  • 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped small
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. or more coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together except coconut.
  2. Roll into one inch
  3. balls
  4. and
  5. roll
  6. in coconut.
  7. Keep hands wet while rolling. Store at least two days before serving.
