Ingredients

  • 1 cup instant coffee granules
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 4 cups nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • brandy (optional)
  • whipping cream (optional)
  • grated chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine coffee, sugar, dry milk powder, and cocoa; mix well.
  2. Store the mix in an airtight container.
  3. For each serving, place 1/4 cup of the mix in a cup.
  4. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir well.
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon brandy flavoring, if desired.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate, if desired.
