Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Dissolve instant coffee in water.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large mixer bowl; add coffee.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed.
  7. Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from pan and finish cooling on a rack.
  9. Top with coffee glaze, if desired.
