Ingredients

  • 1 lb. macaroni
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  • garlic powder to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a medium skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and season with garlic powder and black pepper, cooking for about 10 minutes until onion is tender.
  4. Drain off any excess grease from the beef mixture.
  5. Add cream of celery soup and golden mushroom soups to the skillet, stirring to combine, then bring to a boil.
  6. Stir in the cooked macaroni and heat through until hot.
  7. Serve immediately.
