Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sliced bread
  • 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Cut the crusts off the slices of bread and roll them out flat.
  2. Spread each slice with the softened cream cheese mixed with milk, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Roll up the bread slices with the cheese filling inside.
  4. Dip each roll into melted butter and then into cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  5. Chill the rolls, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Freeze the pieces until ready to bake.
  7. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes without defrosting beforehand.
