Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 small jar pimentos (optional)
  • 1 can mushroom pieces
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large can fried Chinese noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion and chopped celery in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat from the cooked mixture.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients: mushroom pieces, sliced water chestnuts, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of chicken soup.
  4. Heat the mixture until bubbling and thoroughly heated.
  5. Serve over cooked noodles, optionally garnished with fried Chinese noodles.
