Ingredients

  • 3 lb. hamburger
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 can water

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger, cracker crumbs, and evaporated milk together.
  2. Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet.
  3. Let it set overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Cut into squares.
  5. Roll the squares in flour and brown them.
  6. Cover with two cans of mushroom soup and water.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
