Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • garlic to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet; drain off excess grease.
  2. Add mushroom soup and milk; heat the mixture thoroughly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, being careful not to let it curdle.
  4. Serve the stroganoff over cooked noodles or rice.
