Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 can vegetarian burger
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups saltine crackers, crushed
  • 3/4 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Melt the cheese in the milk until smooth.
  2. Combine the melted cheese mixture with the vegetarian burger, diced onion, poultry seasoning, sage, eggs, crushed saltine crackers, and oil.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes.
  5. Optional: Top with mushroom soup after baking for added flavor and moisture.
