  • 8 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. box Jiffy cornbread mix

Instructions

  1. Mix creamed corn, whole kernel corn, melted butter, sour cream, and eggs well.
  2. Add the Jiffy cornbread mix and stir until just combined.
  3. Pour the batter into greased muffin tins or a square baking pan.
