Instructions
- Pour the white wine into the blender container.
- Sprinkle the gelatin over the wine and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes to soften.
- Add hot milk to the blender and whirl for 2 minutes or until the gelatin is dissolved and the mixture is blended.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce to the mixture.
- Add cubed blue cheese and cream cheese, a few cubes at a time, whirling until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a mold, chill until set, then unmold and serve garnished with chopped walnuts or pecans.
