Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (7 oz.) can crab meat
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 scallion, minced
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream of mushroom soup in a saucepan.
  2. Soften the unflavored gelatin in 3 tablespoons of hot water in a bowl.
  3. Stir the heated soup into the gelatin and allow to cool.
  4. Mix in the crab meat, softened cream cheese, minced scallion, chopped celery, and mayonnaise.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a mold.
  6. Chill the mold overnight.
  7. Serve the molded crab dip with crackers or fresh vegetables.
