Stuffed Halibut

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Saute chopped onion and celery in 2 tablespoons water until moistened.
- Rinse halibut fillets and pat dry.
- Lay one fillet, skin down, in a margarine-coated baking dish.
- Cover the fillet with the bread stuffing mixture.
- Place the second fillet on top of the stuffing and press down firmly.
- Secure the edges with toothpicks if needed.
- Coat the top of the fish with margarine.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
