Ingredients

  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 package lime jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Salad dressing (amount as needed)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lime jello in boiling water.
  2. Beat in salad dressing with a mixer.
  3. Stir in cottage cheese and add salt.
  4. Chill until thick and syrupy.
  5. Fold in peas, green peppers, onion, and radishes.
  6. Pour into a lightly oiled mold.
  7. Chill until set.
