Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Leg & Thigh chicken portions
  • 4 Cups chopped celery
  • 3 Cups chopped onion
  • 3/4 Cups chopped green pepper
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken until cooked. Reserve broth. When chicken is cooled down pull the meat from the bones. Saute all chopped vegetables in butter until soft. In a large pot combine the chicken the stuffing cubes the vegetables and the poultry seasoning. Mix well. Add enough broth to make the dressing moist but not loose. Press into a greased pan. Bake at 350* until golden brown.
