Ingredients

  • 2 fresh coconuts, grated
  • 3 lb powdered sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp canned milk

Instructions

  1. Mix together grated coconut, powdered sugar, flour, softened butter, vanilla, and canned milk until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small egg shapes.
  3. Coat the shaped eggs in dark dipping chocolate until fully covered.
