Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage and chop the bell pepper.
  2. Mix the cabbage and bell pepper together in a large bowl.
  3. Salt the cabbage mixture and add pepper.
  4. Let it sit for 15 minutes to soften and develop flavor.
  5. Drain any excess liquid from the mixture.
  6. Prepare the dressing by mixing Miracle Whip, vinegar, sugar, pepper, and milk.
  7. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture.
  8. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  9. Chill before serving to enhance flavors.
