"Mom'S" Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • dash salt
  • 17 oz creamed corn
  • 15 oz whole kernel corn
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, and salt with a fork.
  2. Add both types of corn to the egg mixture.
  3. Put cornstarch into the creamed corn can; fill with milk and stir to dissolve.
  4. Add the milk and cornstarch mixture to the egg and corn mixture.
  5. Stir in melted butter or margarine.
  6. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with Pam.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour until set.
