Ingredients

  • 1 (18.5 oz.) package yellow or white cake mix
  • 2 (16 oz.) containers vanilla frosting
  • 4 cups flaked coconut
  • 15 large marshmallows
  • 15 miniature chocolate-covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped
  • small red candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line 15 regular-size muffin pan cups and 15 small approximately 1-inch muffin pan cups with paper liners.
  3. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
  4. Spoon batter into muffin cups.
  5. Bake small cupcakes for 10 to 15 minutes and large cupcakes for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from pans to racks and cool completely.
  8. Remove paper liners.
