Mom'S Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 small can deviled ham
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, diced fine
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring water to a rolling boil.
  3. Once boiling, cover the saucepan and turn off the heat. Leave for 15 minutes.
  4. Drain the eggs and rinse with cold water.
  5. Crack eggs and remove outer shells.
  6. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  7. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
  8. Mix into the yolks the deviled ham, mayonnaise, diced onion, salt, and pepper.
  9. Mix well until smooth.
  10. Fill the halved egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  11. Arrange the filled eggs on a plate.
  12. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
