Mom'S Deviled Eggs
Creamy, savory deviled eggs infused with diced onion and topped with paprika, perfect for parties, picnics, or as a flavorful appetizer for any gathering.

Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water.
- Bring water to a rolling boil.
- Once boiling, cover the saucepan and turn off the heat. Leave for 15 minutes.
- Drain the eggs and rinse with cold water.
- Crack eggs and remove outer shells.
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mix into the yolks the deviled ham, mayonnaise, diced onion, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Fill the halved egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Arrange the filled eggs on a plate.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
