Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. sliced carrots
  • 2 c. diced onions
  • 6 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 lb. ground chuck

Instructions

  1. Form the ground chuck into patties.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of sliced carrots, 1/2 cup of diced onions, and 1/2 cup of diced potatoes to each patty, seasoning as desired.
  3. Wrap each assembled patty and vegetables in individual foil packets.
  4. Bake or grill at 350°F for 1.5 hours until cooked through and tender.
