Ingredients

  • 1 small box lime Jell-O
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine the lime Jell-O and crushed pineapple in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Let the mixture cool completely.
  3. Add the whipped cream, cottage cheese, and chopped nuts to the cooled Jell-O mixture.
  4. Mix well and chill until set before serving.
