Instructions
- Grind first 4 ingredients together, using coarse blade on grinder.
- Drain.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Let stand overnight. Drain.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour over ground vegetables.
- Boil 5 to 10 minutes.
- Put in hot jars; cover tightly with hot lids to seal.
- Place on towel covered cupboard to seal and cool.
