Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions and drain if necessary.
- Mix all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and oil together in a large bowl.
- Add warm cooked rice to the mixture and blend well.
- Form the mixture into balls about the size of a tennis ball.
- Roll each ball in bread crumbs to coat evenly.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the rice balls a few at a time until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
