Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 4 apples
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 10 slices crisp bacon, broken up
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • Sunflower seeds (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cauliflower, broccoli, apples, raisins, chopped pecans, broken bacon, and diced onion in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, and cider vinegar until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle sunflower seeds on top before serving.
