Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup pecans, and 1 stick melted margarine, then press into a pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
  2. Mix 8 oz cream cheese, 2 cups Cool Whip, and 1/2 cup sugar, then spoon over the cooled crust.
  3. Heat 2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding with 3 1/2 cups milk until thick, then spoon over the dessert and refrigerate.
