Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked, sliced carrots, cooled
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 large green pepper, slivered
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all together; refrigerate overnight.
  2. Especially great in summertime or anytime.
