Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 (10 oz) packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease or spray a 12-inch Bundt pan.
  3. Place chopped pecans into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Melt together butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
  5. In a plastic bag or container with a top, mix white sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Unwrap the refrigerated buttermilk biscuits and cut each into quarters.
  7. Put biscuit pieces into the white sugar mixture and shake until coated in small batches.
  8. Place the coated biscuit pieces into the pan on top of the pecans.
  9. Pour the melted butter and brown sugar mixture evenly over the biscuits in the pan.
  10. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Invert the pan onto a serving dish while still warm.
  12. Serve immediately and enjoy!
