Tips & Substitutions

For a lighter version, use skinless chicken breast and consider adding more vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrients. If you're out of peanut oil, sesame oil works well for stir-frying. Adjust the thickness of the sauce by varying the cornstarch, adding it gradually until you reach your desired consistency. For a twist, try adding a splash of soy sauce for an umami boost.

Serving Suggestions

Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, gently warm in a skillet over medium heat, adding a splash of chicken stock to prevent drying out.
