Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 14 oz coconut
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 large bag chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cake wax

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and wax in a double boiler.
  2. Add a teaspoon or so of milk if needed to help with melting.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, coconut, powdered sugar, and one box of powdered sugar until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Roll each ball around in the melted chocolate and wax mixture to coat completely.
  6. Place the coated balls on waxed paper and let cool until set.
