Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
