Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 cans pork and beans
  • 1 small onion
  • catsup
  • salt
  • 1 box crackers

Instructions

  1. Cook the hamburger until browned.
  2. Drain the grease from the cooked hamburger.
  3. Add salt to taste and dice the small onion.
  4. Cook the onion with the meat until tender.
  5. Add kidney beans and pork and beans to the mixture.
  6. Stir in 1/2 cup catsup.
  7. Optional: add 1 to 2 tablespoons mustard for a different flavor.
  8. Serve the stew with crackers.
