Ingredients

  • ham slice (1 inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup 7-Up
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients to make the marinade.
  2. Pour the marinade over the ham slice and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Turn the ham a few times during marination.
  4. Grill over low coals or low heat for 5 minutes per side, or longer if the ham is thick.
