Instructions
- Saute mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Add flour and blend well.
- Add salt.
- Stir in cream, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice and onion salt.
- Take crust off bread and roll slices thin.
- Spread mixture on each slice of bread and roll like a jelly roll.
- Freeze slightly; cut into thirds.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
