- Melt margarine and stir in cocoa.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly on medium speed of mixer.
- Add sugar, flour, and the margarine/cocoa mixture; beat on medium speed until thoroughly blended.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cool before icing.
