Ingredients

  • 10 potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • milk
  • garlic powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender.

  3. Drain the potatoes and mash them with margarine and cream cheese until smooth and blended.
  4. Mix in the sauteed onion.
  5. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
