Blowout Cookies
Chewy, chocolate-peanut butter cookies packed with crunchy peanuts and miniature peanut butter cups, perfect for peanut butter lovers and those craving a decadent, sweet snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon baking soda ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter ⓘ
- 1 stick butter, softened ⓘ
- 1/2 cup brown sugar ⓘ
- 1/4 cup white sugar ⓘ
- 1 large egg ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon vanilla ⓘ
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips ⓘ
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips ⓘ
- 3/4 cup honey roasted peanuts ⓘ
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped frozen miniature peanut butter cups ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- Beat peanut butter and softened butter until fluffy.
- Add brown sugar and white sugar, and beat until smooth.
- Stir in the flour mixture until combined.
- Mix and beat the dough to soften it.
- Fold in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and peanuts carefully.
- Add chopped peanut butter cups and gently incorporate.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
