Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup honey roasted peanuts
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped frozen miniature peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Beat peanut butter and softened butter until fluffy.
  4. Add brown sugar and white sugar, and beat until smooth.
  5. Stir in the flour mixture until combined.
  6. Mix and beat the dough to soften it.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and peanuts carefully.
  8. Add chopped peanut butter cups and gently incorporate.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  10. Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Allow cookies to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
